This is where our journey begins. Overages USA searches for homeowners like yourself. Homeowners who are unaware of UNCLAIMED money that is DUE to them.
Once we make contact, Overages USA will arrange for a (Complimentary) Notary to meet with you and then we go to work for you.
At this point in the process, both parties are at the mercy of the Courts. Generally, this takes up to 90 days. Overages USA will keep you up to date and abreast of all activity on your CLAIM.
Once the FUNDS have been released, confirmed and cleared, a FINAL CASHIERS CHECK will be mailed or wired to you.
